Dr. Kamil Lamidi

Kamil has well over 25 years quality experience in Financial Services gained from both Banking and Non Banking Financial Institutions obtained at the following institutions: Nigeria International Bank Limited/Citibank, Midas Merchant Bank Limited, Cashpoint Investment Services Limited, Development Policy Center, Ibraheem Jimoh & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Aetna US HealthCare Inc., MTK Consulting, Inc. among others. In the course of his working career Kamil acquired quality experiences in core areas of banking operations, internal services, financial Control, Auditing, Internal Control, Mortgage Banking, Assets Remedial Management, Credit Origination & Business Development, Debts negotiation and restructuring among others.

Kamil is a 1990 first Class Accounting graduate of University of Ife and holds an M.Sc (Finance) from University of Lagos, M.Sc (Economics) from University of Ibadan and MIA from Columbia University, New York City. Kamil is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) having qualified in 1989 as an undergraduate in Ife. He holds fellowship of the following professional bodies by examinations and affiliations: Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Certified Public Accountant (State of Maryland), Nigerian Institute of Management, among others. He is currently a doctoral student of Monarch University, Switzerland.

Biliaminu Atanda Afolabi - Lead Consultant (Financial & Compliance Segment)

Biliaminu Atanda Afolabi has over 20 years quality experience in Financial Services gained from both Banking and Non Banking Financial Institutions. He served as Divisional Head Internal Control- AGM of Keystone Bank Nig. Ltd. He was a Head, Internal Control Group/AGM of Ecobank Nig. Plc, Senior Manager, Internal Control of United Bank for Africa Plc, Assistant Manager Corporate Finance (Credit Admin) of Allied Bank of Nig Plc.

Prior to this experience, he served as Investment and Accounts Manager at APIC Nig Ltd (Finance House). In the course of his working career, he gained quality experiences in such areas as Financial Control, Risk Management, Auditing, Internal Controls, Asset Remedial Management, and Credit Origination & Business Development. Biliaminu is an Accounting graduate and holds an MBA from the University of Ado Ekiti. He is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Honorary Senior member, Chartered Institute of Bankers (HCIB), and Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT).



Oluwaseun A. Alao, Esq. (Legal Consultant)

Seun A. Alao is an astute Legal Practitioner with several involvements in the resolution {both through alternative dispute resolution and litigation} of major commercial disputes in Nigeria. ‘Seun has a passion for litigation, where of course it is inevitable, with special bias for insolvency practice and recovery of default obligations, Telecommunication Law, Securitisation and Real Estate.

Seun underwent his tutelage in the law firms of Mr Mike Igbokwe, SAN and Mr ‘Kunle Ogunba, SAN where he was presented with great opportunities to work on highly sensitive and delicate matters on behalf of both local and international clients. He was the only Legal Practitioner who worked on the recovery of the sum of N2.3 Billion owed to Sterling Bank Plc. by Dana Group of Companies while in the firm of Mr ‘Kunle Ogunba, SAN. ‘Seun also worked with Mr Francis Chuka Agbu, SAN, the Managing Partner of Lexavier Partners where he displayed his vast expertise in insolvency practice and advocacy.

Seun has represented several Banks and financial institutions in Nigeria in recovery actions that run into several Billions of Naira both at trial and appellate Courts. ‘Seun has exhibited severally that, in Legal Practice, impossibility is nothing!

Seun’s experience in Legal Practice is not limited to commercial Litigation as he has also actively participated in other areas of Legal Practice, to wit; Election Petition, Land dispute, Labour matters to mention but a few. Biodun Adeniran - Lead Consultant (Estate Management, Valuation and Investment Analysis)

Biodun has been on the job with cognate experience spanning over two (2) decades in Valuation, Feasibility Studies, Estate Agency, Property Management, Project Management, Auctioneering, Compulsory Acquisition, Property Development, Project Financing and Investment Analysis. He has worked in Ibadan and Lagos Offices of Messrs Olatoye Ojo & Co. and Messrs Muhammed & Co. in Sokoto. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) Estate Management, OAU, Ile-Ife. He is an Associate, The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (ANIVS), Registered by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (RSV), Member, Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria (MCAI), Associate Member, The Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered, AMNIM), Professional Registered Member, Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC/2015/NIESV/00000013096).



Lateef Bello - Head (Operations)

Lateef, in the course of his working career, has gained a wealth of experience in Debt Recovery/Resolution, Auctioneering and Estate Management. Prior to joining Collection Solutions Limited, he had worked and occupied vital positions in a debt recovery firm. His debt collection career has seen him develop key skills and competencies in ethical debt collection techniques, ability to quickly build a picture of a customer’s personal circumstances, capacity and needs, excellent listening ability and superb questioning techniques, strong negotiating, counselling, and problem solving skills, negotiating settlements and above all reducing the outstanding debt owed to clients and portfolio in general. He has a certificate in Oracle Database Administration and obtained a B.Sc. in Geography and Regional Planning, Edo State University in 1998.
